Dancenorth Australia will shortly commence a new and exciting Vital Dance program, offering specialised classes for people affected by Parkinson’s Disease. Within Vital Dance classes, participants will be empowered to explore movement and music in ways that are enjoyable, refreshing, stimulating and creative. The Dance for Parkinson’s Disease program was started by the Mark Morris Dance Company in New York to great acclaim and is supported by extensive and dynamic research
Dancenorth are holding a 6-week free pilot program Tuesday 9th April - Tuesday 14th May
Location: Oonoonba Community Centre – 2 Shannon Street, Oonoonba
Time: 9.30am – 11.30am (includes tea and coffee after class)
This class is for people affected by Parkinson's Disease themselves and also friends, family and carers of those affected.
Pre-registration is not required, please feel free to join us at all or a selection of classes from Tuesday 9th April - Tuesday 14th May
