Dancenorth offers a contemporary dance movement based class for beginner to intermediate levels.

This style of dance is about the exploration of organic movements and at times unrestricted lines, delving into the conversation of weight, energy, flow and dynamic action of body in space. Moving through the spine, floor to standing and travelling we provide a supportive and fun learning environment.

If you’ve never danced, or it’s been a while, come along, roll around and challenge your experience of what is dance!
